Processes : Backoffice Process

Eligibility : Graduates / Higher Secondary+ 6 months Experience

Candidates with 6 months of experience or freshers can apply.

Salary : Best in industry with free cab pick/drop facility within the boundary limits.

Skills Required:

3. Confident in building a conversation

Job specification :

1. Responsible for handling inbound chats.

2. Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.

3. Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.

4. Be responsible for customer satisfaction

5. Shift time: Rotational Shifts

6. Week Offs: Rotational Work Offs.
