up for the closures
Outbound Call Handling Process
Doing KYC Calls, Lead
verification calls, Logistic tracking calls, Post installation,
Preventive maintenance, Post S
ervice Calls to customers.

Actions on the outcomes
Ensuring compliance of the internal and exter
