Handling inbound call

. (Leads, Complaints, Customer Queries, Grievances, others)

Ensuring the compliance on
tracking the inbound calls.
c.
Sharing the leads/ complaints, customer queries, grievances, others with the respective
divisional team members, and follow

up for the closures

Outbound Call Handling Process
a.
Tele

Marketing Activities

Doing KYC Calls, Lead
verification calls, Logistic tracking calls, Post installation,
Preventive maintenance, Post S
ervice Calls to customers.
