Job Description
Minimum 3+ yrs exp in Business Development-IT Staffing.

Responsible for complete business development cycle from prospecting, presentations, negotiations, new client acquisition.

To generate leads from exhibitions, cold calls, social media, emails & client referrals.

Responsible for business planning, strategy, client acquisition and client engagement to meet revenue target.

Presenting and selling company solutions and services to New/old clients.(IT services and staffing services).

New client Acquisitions-IT contractual staffing, C2H staffing, Work package servicers, RPO Models.

Should have constant touch with all the clients and build relationship with hiring managers

Should take ownership if payments delays from the client.

Extensive experience in all phases of Recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to placement of the candidate.

Have to follow-up with internal accounts/finance team for invoicing.

Interact with delivery team and guide them. Good team player.

Good communication both written and verbal.
