Responsibilities

 Coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment collisions.

 Prepare requests for rollout

 Prioritize change requests

 Create rollout plans for changes requests

Technical Requirements

 Phone support experience necessary.

 Technical Service desk or technical call center experience is necessary.

 Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.

Years of Experience

 Total : 3-4 yrs. of University education post High school (B.Sc. or Diploma)

 Relevant : 2 - 3+ years of Service desk/desk side, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware

Certification requirements

 Preferred MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS

 ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change

Management preferred

Education requirements

 Total: 3-4 years of University education post High school (B.Sc. or Diploma)

 Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent

Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)

Provide World Class Customer Service.
End to Transaction of Reports.
Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile.
Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.

Skills:Should be flexible with rotational Shifts/US Shift/Night shift
Graduates or Undergraduates fresher or with BPO exp. Experience (0-3yrs).

Candidates from Bangalore is preferable.
