Job Summary
A leading financial institution based out of Hyderabad and Pune is looking for a dynamic, open minded, self-starters who enjoy Sales roles and would like to build a exciting career in Sales.
The opening is for Assistant Manager at Hyderabad and Pune location for our loan product, tailor-made for CHIT FUND Customers.
The incumbent should have at least 2 years of experience with any of the leading NBFC/ Bank / Registered Chit Funds in Hyderabad
Experience in Chit fund Industry will be a big positive
Responsibilities and Duties
About the role:
1) To understand critical needs of customers and their requirements.
2) Responsible for generating revenue for the company by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending LOAN solutions as per customer need.
3) Effective relationship management with significant clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and business retention/enhancement.
4) Handling product positioning and introducing the products through key decision makers by conducting Personal calls.
5) Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
6) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
7) Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
PUC/Graduate
Minimum 2 years of experience with any of the leading NBFC/ Bank / Registered Chit Funds in Hyderabad and Pune
Good knowledge and contacts in the local market
Good communication skills
Highly Motivated & Self Starter
Can work independently on field
Tech Savvy - Good knowledge of Computers, Apps etc
Should be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English( Fluency in Telugu and working knowledge of English/ Hindi is required )
Valid Driver's License and Two Wheeler
Willing to travel in Hyderabad and nearby areas

Salary: 240,000.00 to 400,000.00 /Annual
