Job Description
Responsible for Key Leadership Calling - Tools feedback/ Enhance the relationship

Manage & maintain client relationship

To ensure 100% leadership delight - timely pay-outs/ timely delivery of tickets & tools

Responsible for gathering market intelligence & highlight key areas to Management

Tools discussion with BSM & Sales to ensure need fulfillment

To maintain and ensure quality standards as per the set parameters

Act as Quality check & control mechanism for the Sales team

Responsible for end to end complaints monitoring - tracking/ resolution/ analysis

Responsible for Sales promotions - Achieving the set targets for specific product line

Ensure timely and accurate website updation

Responsible for tracking timelines of events related work

Ensuring 100% SLA adherence & training

Ensuring & enhancing the SOP renewals

Tracking & maintaining a list of leaders with business areas & share with VP Sales & BD and Country Manager

Staff development & performance review

Self-review & presentation to Management
