Job Description:

Opening for telesales / Customer Service in HAL(Old Airport Road) Bangalore


Responsibilities

1. Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling

2. Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them

3. Explain the product or service to potential customers

4. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

5. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer

6. Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals

7. Creating and updating activity reports

8. Your job is to communicate and relate to many different people, so you've learned that being a keen listener and probing are the keys to success in effective communication

9. You are the first & last point of contact of the customers, your professionalism will decide the positive for customer experience

10. Thorough an understanding of business issues and providing sound client support, you need to quickly establish credibility as a reliable resource

11. You should be able to establish highly effective relationships with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders that support and advance business goals and objectives

12. Assist other client support specialists, leads and management with tasks

13. Answer and document incoming calls/chat & Emails in a timely and professional manner

14. Must have a thorough knowledge of the product and be able to describe its functions, features and details to customers

15. You must have hardcore competency in executing solution-based action; should be diagnosing inefficiencies, determining root causes, detail orientation and recommending solutions to the complex situation

Experience, Skills and Attributes

1. Strong Communication Skills – Verbal and written

2. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

3. Excellent telephone etiquette 
4.Salary up to 20 K NTH + Incentive
