Job Description
•Design, develop and manage L&D programs related to Leadership Pipeline and Management Development, Workforce Skill Transformation and Talent Development. 
•Partner-consult with assigned businesses and manage their overall people development agenda. 
•Drive learning experience, learning culture and new-age learning methodologies. 
•Conduct learning needs analysis and prepare learning plans. 
•Manage a part of the L&D team. 
Strong experience in instructional design and program delivery.
•Experience of managing projects related to L&D and Organizational Effectiveness/OD.
