Job Description
• Revenue– To deliver Sell out Revenue as per the Internal Operating Plan

• Units – To ensure Sell Out Units as per the Internal Operating Plan

a) Maximize units by category – Mens Tops, Mens Bottoms, Ladies Tops and Ladies Bottoms

b) Maximize Market Share to lead the Category in all ecommerce portals that are under her/his purview

• To build account wise Product Assortment Plan in collaboration with the Retail Merchant (RM) and account category manager

• To continuously interact with the RM of the respective channel and communicate brick wise inputs so that the gaps can be addressed

• To work with Company’s® order management and Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure Performa invoice are sent in customers format

• To work with Company’s® Distribution Centre (DC) and KAM to ensure stock movement from DC to customers warehouse

• Replenish must have (MH) to ensure sufficient stocks of must have at any point of time

• Monitor MIS analytics based on actual sales, sales forecast, inventory base stocks, forth coming spike events and seasonal replenishment needs.
• Monitor the sales performance on a regular basis and prepare a corrective action plan if required

• Develop season launch strategy across portals

• Plan and develop product attribute template in consultation with the KAM and RM

• To work with the Brand Marketing (BM) to enhance content & catalogue season-on-season

• Coordinate with the order management and account manager for delivery slots and ensure timely deliveries

• To work with Company’s® finance team to ensure accounts are cleared at any point of time
• To generate inputs on competition sales figures as required by the organization

• To provide inputs on key activities being undertaken by competition on a regular basis

• Develop and launch promotional plans for key product stories in order to drive sales and increase visibility to deliver annual business plan

• To utilize the relationship with the account buyer to ensure free visibility for the brand during spike events

• Plan and launch seasonal promotions (GWP) in consultation with the KAM and Brand Marketing

• To work with account buyer on brand acceptance/performance and identify inputs on increasing brands visibility

Relationship Management:

• To continuously interact with key stake holders within each account

• To ensure top of mind recall for the brand through such interactions

• Implement appropriate training and timely assessment of the distributor’s team
