Client - Teamsite Developer
About the Role:
The candidate is expected to be an active member of CMS development team. He will be involved in maintenance and development activities of our corporate Website mcafee.com. He should be an individual contributor and actively participate on the technical discussion with Functional and TeamSite architect. He will be supporting all the regional sites of mcafee.com & additionally the consumer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Teamsite Development/ Maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot prod issues.
Interact with QA and define the scope of testing and regression.
Attend defect review calls and resolve the defects.
Involve in daily maintenance activities.

Required Experience/Skills & Education:
Education: B.E ( any branch)

Skills: TEAMSITE
Strong hands on experience in Client Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite and LiveSite 7.3 or above
Strong hands on experience in FormsPublisher, SitePublisher, FormAPI, Workflows (WFT and WFM)
Strong hands on experience in LSCS and LSDS configuration
LSCS query handing and query formation
Strong hands on experience in OpenDeploy, DataDeploy
Strong in Java and J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate and Web Services)
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and frameworks such as JQuery, extJS
Hands on experience in Creating and Updating TeamSite templates
Agile based delivery experience.
Website Performance improvement initiatives.
Own complete delivery from Dev to Prod.
Handle content refresh activities across environments
Any Client tool experience/.Net development is an advantage.

SQL Developer:-
4-6 years of experience. 2 positions, Bangalore location

Strong experience in MS SQL Server and creating complex SQL statements

Experience in designing & developing SSIS packages.
Experience in database Query Tuning.
Good knowledge of database modeling.
Good Migration experience from SQL 2000/2005 to 2005/2008/2012

QA -Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
• Proficient in Linux

• Design and build automated frameworks and automated test cases

Biztalk -5-8 years of C# .NET development and web services experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BizTalk Server (2010 or above) using Orchestrations, Pipelines, Mappings, custom Adapters and BizTalk ESB Toolkit with good knowledge of BizTalk best practices and BizTalk design patterns.
• Exposure to Biz Talk Server 2013, will be an added advantage
• Database knowledge SQL Server 2008 or later
• XML, XQuery, XSLT and XPATH
• Experience with the use of BAM within the BizTalk model
• Prefer experience with BizTalk Rules Engine (BRE)
• Experience with SOAP UI

Siebel Tech Lead -
Siebel Open UI developer Atleast two full cycle implementation of Siebel IP 2013/2014. Upgrade experience is desired from SIA 8.1.1.9 to Siebel Open UI (8.1.1.11). Understanding the new features of Open UI and have implemented the same.
Mobile/Tab configuration for Open UI.
• Strong Siebel configuration and functional knowledge and a strong understanding of software architecture and programming principles required
• Participate in requirements review sessions with Business Analysts and SME's.
• Translate requirements into high level design, provide LOE estimates, and contribute to project planning.
• Requires the ability to come up with creative technical solutions while applying Siebel best practices and working within coding standards. Designs and code reviewed and approved by Siebel Architect and Siebel Technical Lead.
• Strong verbal/written communications skills are required to provide a high level of customer service and support, and to work effectively with other developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Strong Configuration Skills (Required) : eScript,Workflows,Assignment Manager,EAI,
• Develop solutions following Siebel best practices and perform thorough unit testing.
• Resolve application defects and implement system enhancements.
• Support QA and release management procedures and general system administration.
• Perform application tuning and performance optimization.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues.
• Mentor, coach, and knowledge share with the development team and participate in code reviews.
• Adhere to McAfee software development methodologies and Compliance .

Additional Responsibilities(Preferred):
• Siebel System Administration Skills and Experience: Total Exp Required 6-9 Yrs
• 2+ years experience with Siebel CRM (v 8.1 required)
• 5+ years strong experience on Configuration,EAI , Scripting
• Experience with Siebel Sales, Call Center & PRM modules
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Business Services, Web Services, EAI.
• Functional experience with Siebel Sales/Call Center modules
• Database programming (Oracle 10g/11g, PL/SQL) is a Plus.
• Experience with Fusion SOA Suite Or CRM On Demand Solutions a plus

SharepointTechnical Skills/experience required
  • 4+ years of share point development experience
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Share Point 2010 including all kinds of development
  • Workflows, Web Parts, Info Path form development
  • .Net experience
  • Ability to multi task and work effectively across multiple deliverables
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Should have good Analyzing skills and be able to work independently
Description of Job Function & Responsibilities
  • Technical expertise in Share Point Administration.
  • Maintains the server infrastructure and application/central administration of servers in Share Point farm
  • Configuration of Share Point services and settings, manages system security, system patching and system upgrades
  • Experience using power shell for share point administration
  • Supports sites built of Share Point 2010 and possibly involved with migrations from lower versions of Share Point to 2010 or support migration from 2010 to 2013
  • Experience in space management, infrastructure planning, running multiple service accounts and configuration of FBA and Kerberos authentication
  • Authentication mechanisms such as claims based, windows based etc
  • Documentation of Share Point configuration and architecture
  • Manage site quotas and limits, review and monitor usage reports, manage content databases, manage security and user provisioning
