• At least 15 years of experience in handling Sales for entire North India. 
• Managing the Distributor Channel. Developing Sales strategy & Meeting Primary & secondary Targets.

• Managing Distributors & Controlling Team of Area Managers / Sales executive, Market intelligence / Business hygiene

• Conducting business Development activity (ATL/BTL).

• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Budget.

• Knowledge about North India is a Must and should have good Presentation skills/ Analytical skill etc.

• Currently handling OTC sales in at least three states(including Delhi) of North India.
