Job description : SCCM Should have knowledge in SCCM Infrastrucutre and its container structure. Should have deep understanding on Image deployment, Job application using SCCM environment. Should be able to work and resolve replication issues to variious client locations. Should have understanding on various Imaging engines and Windows7 Imaging process Should have a deep knowledge in simple and sequenced Software distribution and status reporting using SCCM. Should be able to handle test and release of applications using SCCM. Should be well versed with Microsoft patch release cycle and able to deploy patches using SCCM. Should be able to perform day-to-day monitoring of the SCCM Infrastructure.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
