1. Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales for large corporate and Govt. Clients.
2. Candidate should be able to generate revenue from Banking/Telecom/Retail Sector.
3.Candidate will be responsible for achieving sales revenue numbers of region for the monthly and yearly .
4.Candidate should have experience in handling Southern India region.
5.Experience in selling Electrical/Electronic/ IT products/ CCTV products will be Preferred.
Sales Management -
1. Understand market of interest and forces that shape the buying behavior of customers in the market.
2. Identifies customer needs and maps these to Cattleya solutions to meet customer requirements.
3. Identifies key influencing and decision-making customers. Develop strong relationships through multiple entry points with key decision-makers.
4. Create opportunities to meet with customers /client and builds customer/client confidence in their ability to match Cattleya capabilities to customers needs..
5.Experience on RFP and RFQ will be preferred.
6.Excellent communication in English, South Indian Language(Kannada,Tamil,Telugu or Malyalam) will be preferred.
Customer Relationship Management -
1. Contributes to establishing and maintaining effective customer relations by personally, or in conjunction with other departments resolves problems or responding to enquiries. Focus on the importance of exceeding customer requirements and maintaining a satisfied customer base
2. Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with end users and business contacts.
3.Candidate must be willing to travel.
4. Ability to effectively negotiate and multiple levels, both commercial and technical
5. Ability to build an understanding of the B2B, industry and commercial environment
6. Cognitive skills: analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to provide sound and reliable judgment in complex situations
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix team environment and mentor other team members to drive the overall business objective for the area
8. Flexibility and resilience, including ability to adapt to changing/uncertain conditions
9. Ability to manage sales activity, budgeting and forecasting (Sales Process Management)
