Job Description
  • The incumbent will drive the Top line revenue and create business opportunities for the Practice.
  • Will be responsible for driving sales and establishing a network with key government and large corporate houses.
  • Help set and achieve annual revenue goals - from existing and new Clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecasting process for project/solutions based revenue
  • Position C&P Div as a leader in the Cyber Security space in India with both Government and Private corporate clients.
  • Drive the Alliance program - develop strong partnerships with external entities who can strengthen our go to market proposition
  • Use market insights to work with internal stakeholders and external entities (other System Integrators, OEMs) to craft saleable solutions for various market segments and guide technology investments and potential acquisitions.
  • Over time, the incumbent will develop and lead a highly motivated & savvy team capable of selling complex & high value solutions to both - public and private sectors.
  • As a key member of the senior leadership team, help formulate and implement strategic business goals. Participate and drive organizational decisions around policy and governance
  • Lead, mentor and grow the business development team
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Project Management teams within both sell and deliver solutions to our Clients.
