Key Responsibilities
• Managing & motivating team & ensuring team targets are met.
• Acquisition of potential new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners.
• Post sales services (for first 3 months) i.e. â€" KYC acquisition & acquired SB/AP activation to drive revenue.
• Maintaining channel partner relationship.
• Maintaining Business reports.

Technical Skills
• Sales & acquisition experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Good knowledge of financial market

Additional Desirable Skills
• Preferred Local Candidate
• Good knowledge on financial products & well networked within the city.
• Should have a Two Wheeler
• Should be willing to do field sales
