Job description : BCP DR Proven experience in planning & exercising of recovery testing. Ability to work independently and to take emergent decisions on ones own. Should have undergone specialized training / Certification in Disaster Recovery & Management. Team Management. Network / Security / Storage / Backup Technology related experience. Virtualization technology experience would be added advantage. Communication & Presentation Skills. At least 5+ years of experience in computing or related area with a focus on technology, management, policy and security. Must have professional IT security certifications such as CBCP/ BS25999 /CISSP/GIAC /SSCP/CISA/ ISO27001

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
