Job Description
1. Review and Analyze business specifications.

2. Collaborate with QA engineers, project leads to develop effective strategies and test plan.

3. Prepare test plans, test scripts and analyze and report test results. Write and execute manual/automate test scripts to control the quality of the project.

4. Reporting Issues on defect management tools and follow their progress until their closure.

5. Perform Functional, Integration, Regression and Re-testing.

6. Automating Web,Mobile Apps and debugging automated scripts.

7. Running test suits, analyzing and reporting issues on defect management tools.

8. Scheduling automated Jobs and maintaining them.

9. Create logs to document testing phases and defects

10. Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to Test coverage, execution, and automation

11. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

12. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

13. Comply with standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.

14. Lead Requirement management, estimation (man power and infrastructure), scheduling, effort tracking, defect tracking and quality metrics (defining and tracking).

15. Maintains project tracking and provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders in a timely manner.

16. Provide technical direction to team, coach/mentor and grow team’s skillset.

17. Generate and manage daily/monthly time logs and related reports.

18. Assist in hiring, training, and managing assigned staff on the project tasks.

19. Well-developed interpersonal skills that can be leveraged in working with team members of different cultures and backgrounds. The ability to work across different teams within engineering and outside engineering to successfully achieve results.

20. Work on special projects as dictated by the needs of the department.
