Job Description
1. Employee Engagement interventions:

· Employee Engagement calendar to be designed and efficiently maintained.

· All exciting special occasions such as celebrations, regional festivals, sports events, R&R and milestone celebrations to be organized.

· Design, implement and support all the key interventions in coordination with regional HR teams.

2. End-to-End administration of Great Place to Work® survey.

· Ensure survey is planned and administered according to the schedule across the regions.

· Liaison with Great Place to Work® survey in performing end-to-end activities.

3. Employee Branding:

· Manage employee branding in collaboration with marketing team in Bank's website and other social media platforms.

4. Employee Communication:

· Managing and delivering content for all employee communications such as Employee News Letter, Mailers and other internal programme conducted within the organization.

· To work along with marketing team to ensure internal and external communications are effectively coordinated.

5. Organize and drive Bank’s volunteer program.

6. Facilitate in connecting leaders with the employees through town halls and other platforms.

7. Support programme/initiatives for attrition control and employee retention.

8. Support initiatives to promote Diversity and Inclusion.

9. Support Human Resource Programme for continuous engagement of PWD (Person with Disability) workers.

10. Engage as HRBP for designated departments.

11. Help foster a work environment that promotes team work, performance feedback, recognition and employee satisfaction.

12. Promote environment of high degree of organizational values, ethics and culture.
