Position: Senior Process Associate/Senior CSR
Base Location: Bangalore
• We hire inbound process for international voice process, for Graduates /Under graduates Fresher and Experience upto 5 years with salary package up to 30k + Good Incentives with 5 days of working and 2 days of fixed off and 2 Way cab.
• We hire for other domain Experience with atleast 6 months experience .
• We hire Top International ITES Companies for US,UK,AUS,SHIFT.
• We also have opening for Customer support and SR Customer support (Voice process)
•To meet the targets, and report to team manager
•To prepare daily reports. Send submit to manager
•To give feedback to manager regarding day 2 day update.
•Clarity in speech and fluency in communication in English
•Presentable and willingness to work in night shift and Five working between Monday to Sunday . 2day fix off
•Should be able to serve customers.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
