• Managing entire office operations
• Handling all administrative aspects ensuring its smooth operation
• Handling basic accountants for respective accounts.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Preparation/ drafting of running bills.
• Supervise support clerical staff.
• Review, track and prepare budgets; maintain records and databases.
• Coordinate space and office organization; purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate office and/or departmental operations.
• Business correspondence
• Accounting and finance related queries
• Office Coordination
• Managing entire office operations
