Key Skills:
· Key understanding ‘Demand planning’ & ‘Deliver to commit’ from fulfillment standpoint
· Resourceful around fulfilment concepts

The candidate should have:
· Good knowledge of the concepts of the Software Lifecycle Development cycle and Application software testing;
· He or she should be aware of the different types of testing processes and defect management process/tools.
· He or she should have excellent verbal/ written communication skills and good problem-solving skills.
· Proven ability & expertise in Test strategy and test plan preparation per project requirements
· Experience in implementing SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, V-model and Agile / Agile Scrum process.
· Must be able to works closely with business partners to ensure that requirements and feature solutions will support the future state adhere to best industry practices standards, support the business needs and avoid custom system solutions
· Project Management experience for coordinating the Testing activities, entailing planning, scheduling, negotiations with the client for SLAs, project progress monitoring and delivery as per quality, time and budgetary norms.

Preferences:
· Working knowledge around fulfilment & supply chain management applications.
· Working knowledge of some Automation tools such as QTP/OATS and other tools such as TFS would be a great plus.
