O365 – Exchange - Administrator
Looking for an Information Technology Specialist who will be responsible for managing the various Microsoft versions of Microsoft Mailboxes like Exchange, Office 365 and SharePoint Administration. Good experience in supporting End-User Issues and training fellow team members to tackle similar issues. Manage the subscriptions, users account, delegations and keeps configurations in order. Working in collaboration with IT Management to ensure operational security, maintenance and governance.
A O365 administrator is the person that manages the subscription, users, and the configuration and keeps everything in order, just like with an on-premises installation. Creates different roles to delegate works to others and shares several administrator roles between team members. Clear focus and ability to handle multiple responsibilities over the tenant including the global administrator, billing administrator, service administrator, password administrator, Exchange administrator, Skype for business administrator, compliance administrator, SharePoint administrator and the user management administrator.
Experience should include but not limited to:
Experience in migrating mailboxes from Microsoft exchange and other proprietary products int O365
Experience in creating and managing user accounts, roles, delegation, backup and restore etc.
Experience in ticket logging and working with vendor teams for troubleshooting the issues.
Experience in migrating accounts from one tenant to another.
Experience in purchasing the accounts and managing various service levels.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting issues on Organizations SharePoint account.
Experience in working on the organization’s communication platforms like Skype for Business, Teams and yammer etc.
Experience to Synchronize O365 with organizations Active Directory.
Experience in working on MS AZURE AD Sync with organization.
Experience in creating mail relay for various applications used in the organization.
Experience in Owning activities delivering them End to End, working with team and work independently on various issues.
Degree in Sciences or equivalent
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise level Exchange/O365 mailbox.
Understanding of Organizational requirements and adaption to them.
Commendable Knowledge on Microsoft Productions and various versions on Windows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Practical problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Strong customer communication skills, with theability to communicate clearly with customers and technical personnel inhigh-stress situations
Must be highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency.
Results oriented with focus on success and achievement despite obstacles both within and outside of direct control.
