Nursing supervisors have to manage the units. They have to handle mostly the nurses in the unit and provide them with adequate care. They have to coordinate with the nurses and doctors of the unit and also with the management of the hospital. They also coordinate with the unit heads and clerical staff in the unit. They have to review the cleanliness of the unit and ensure that it is in good condition. They have to review medicines and other materials in the unit and keep a record of them. They take rounds and inquire personally about the patient's health. They have to look into the complaints made by patients rectify them immediately. They have to coordinate with other unit supervisors. Nursing supervisors have to report to the management on the unit performance.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
