We are currently looking for a well-qualified EY4 (Nursery) Head Teacher for the client, located in Gurugram.
The right candidate will be energetic and experienced in developing safe, fun, and nurturing environments for children and their families. Since children's needs are constantly changing, you must also be highly organized, flexible, and able to demonstrate compassion and patience at all times.
Supervise and lead classroom activities in a proactive, patient, and loving manner.
Create a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment.
Maintain rapport with parents and assume other responsibilities as required by the management.
Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
Prior experience in teaching at a Nursery level
Strong knowledge in and ability to lead a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Enthusiasm and creativity in planning and implementing activities based on the end of year objectives
Competent and knowledgeable in teaching phonics
Familiarity with effective and gentle classroom and behavior management techniques
Ability to effectively communicate with parents
Outstanding communication and written skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the school
Working Days :5 Days a Week (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) Job Nature :Full Time

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
