Experience Candidate must have minimum of 12 months experience in a BPO or in any relevant industry. They should have worked in an inbound environment and must have some amount of exposure to email / or chat.
Qualification Any Graduate
Skill requirements Good oral and written skills in English Ability to speak Hindi fluently Exposure and awareness of all MS office applications Average to good Excel skills. If an individual is not fluent in basic formulas like Vlookup, Subtotal, sum, if and other basic formulas and Pivot tables, then they may not apply. VBA and SQL knowledge would be an added advantage.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
