Network Voice Admin

Job Description

Skill : Network Voice Admin

Exp Range : 6 to 10 years

Job Location : Hyderabad

Technical Skill : Enterprise Voice Network Design,

Experience in Cisco IP telephony,Call Manager and Cisco Unity administration,

Implementation, Upgrades and Troubleshooting of Voice /IP Telephony Infrastructure and SIP

Must have :

1. Clear understanding of SIP call flow and its implementation with Cisco Call Manager and ACME SIP Gateways

2. Design, Implementation and configuration experience on Cisco Call Managers, Unity and Emergency responders

3. Expert in using Bulk Administrative Tool to modify phones and user profiles

4. Cisco Voice gateway configurations including VG224 and ACME SIP GWs

5. Experience in configuring Video End points and integration of Call Manager with video systems

6. Preferred to have experience in working with Vendors in placing orders for T1/IP Flex circuits

7. Unified Contact Center implementation and Configuration experience

8. Working knowledge on Cisco Emergency Responder

9. Network Data Knowledge of Routing / Switching, DNS etc and and Video knowledge

10. Cisco certified Voice Professional(CCVP)

Responsibilities :

1 Responsible for migration of PSTN circuits to SIP which includes ACME SIP configurations

2 Extensive use of Bulk Administrative Tool to insert/update of phones, device profiles and user profiles

3 Will be responsible for design and migration/upgradation of Call Manager cluster environment

4 Build an office on Call Manager environment from the scratch on existing Call Manager Environment

5 Work with service provider to places orders for T1/IP Flex orders which could include new orders and disconnect order and follow-ups

6 Work with customer in setting up video end points and integrating 3rd party video conference systems with Cisco Call Manager

7 Setup and migration to UCCX call center from legacy Avaya call center
