Job Description
• Providing technical consultation and support for the MicrosoftEnterprise (Exchange, LYNC) on 24/7 basis.

• Support, optimize & maintain Microsoft Exchange & LYNC infrastructure with high availability.

• Handling daily checklist ON-PREMISE (By checking Exchange services, DB Mount status, DB replication, Validate OAB runtime, Mailbox Move, OWA check, Hardware Alerts, IM,DPM backup status) and 0365 Health Check

• Managing and working on Exchanges/LYNC/DPM server alerts by checking the servers manually.

• Involving on weekly/Monthly patching activities.

• Providing Lync Server L2/L3 level support for end user & infrastructure-related problems..

• Modifying Lync end users account. (Telephony/phone number/email address/logon name/Sign-in name)

• Creating Lync SIP ID.

• Troubleshooting issues related to Outlook & Lync client.

• Enabling voice and video conferencing for Lync users.

• Troubleshooting issues related to Lync voice/conference calls.
