NetSuite Administrator and Implementation Consultant 

An exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s largest enterprise software companies and have a direct influence in nurturing the next generation of tech talent.

At the heart of this sits our CRM, and utilization of NetSuite which enables our teams to be organized, efficient, and pragmatic in the way we interact with our startups, partners, and organize our team internally.

We are now on the search for someone to join our team with experience in NetSuite to support our configuration, customisation and growth ambitions in how we evangelise the platform within our team.

Technical skills and knowledge required:

· 5+ years experience in ERP administration, configuration and 3rd party integrations in complex environments dealing with multiple systems and implementations which may not have been attempted before.

· At least 3+ years of hands on functional NetSuite administration and implementation experience.

· Solid experience of CRM functionality and financial and accounting capabilities within NetSuite.

· Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk and SuiteLet incl. web services, SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics and scheduling scripts.

· Experience of successful plugin integrations between third party applications and NetSuite.

· Advanced MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) skills required.

· Ability to translate and effectively present technical concepts to a non-technical audience in either a one-on-one or group situation.

· Fluency in English is a must and ability to operate in UK and / or US time-zones– another language is desirable as you will be working across a distributed global team.

Desirable skills and knowledge:

· Certified NetSuite Professional is preferred.

· Knowledge of email integrations between third party platforms and NetSuite

· Knowledge of marketing platform integrations such as Eloqua, Marketo etc.

· Familiarity of the SuiteSuccess Developer Network (SDN)

· Familiarity with API integrations, HTML, CSS, Javascript

Your primary responsibilities will be:

· Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance and support for all NetSuite applications.

· Support and lead implementation of end user requests for customisation of dashboards, reports, records, fields, forms, user roles and permissions and saved searches.

· Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customisations of NetSuite to meet evolving needs

· Design, implement, and maintain 3rd party software connections to NetSuite including end-to-end plugin integrations.

· Creation and deployment of automated and complex workflows.

· Generating customised reports to track insights and key metrics on demand from users.

· Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customisation, usage, etc.

· Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users, including training to new users and maintaining our ‘how to’ guide for existing users.

· Support with clarifying business requirements from multiple leaders and teams and translating needs through process of customisation and configuration into NetSuite capabilities.

· Supporting on data migration requests and supporting best practice of data consistency across multiple systems operated within the team with our manta to create ‘one source of truth’.

· Research, review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and processes.

· Maintaining personal knowledge base in the NetSuite ecosystem to help business leaders and the operations team evaluate and pilot additional tools, processes and 3rd party integrations.
