Job Description
Requirement 1: .Net/UI Technical Leads (Exp: 6 years to 8 years)

Technical Skills:

• Should have 6 years to 8 years of experience.

• Should have extensive experience in product/application development using Microsoft stack.

• Should have comprehensive experience in developing applications using design principles/patterns and architecture design patterns like MVC, MVVM, MV* etc.

• Sound knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies is must.

• Should have hands on experience in development and unit testing of applications on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, WPF, Restful services, Web API, AngularJS, Kendo, jQuery and C#.

• Should have experience in writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework.

• Should have knowledge in XML/JSON, AJAX etc.

• Should have experience with design tools and version control tools (SVN/TFS/GIT).

• Should understand basic fundamentals of iterative development.

• Should understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must be able to develop as per the agreed standards and best practices.

• Must be able to develop as per the agreed architecture.

• Should participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, review and daily stand-ups.

• Should be able to help team members to develop applications which are modular, scalable and robust.

• Must be able to work with the teams to ensure project success within timeline and scope.

• Must have high energy levels and able to communicate well with teams.

Requirement 2: Senior Dotnet/UI Developers (Exp: 4 Yrs to 6 Yrs):

Technical skills:

• Experience should have 4 years to 6 years.

• Should have extensive experience in product/application development using Microsoft stack, especially on the .NET Framework versions 4.5 and above.

• Sound knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies is must.

• Should have hands on experience in development and automated unit testing of applications on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, RESTful services, Web API, AngularJS, Kendo, jQuery and C#.

• Should have knowledge and experience in authentication and authorization mechanisms that involves industry standards.

• Should have experience in writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework, and the best practices associated with it.

• Should have knowledge Single Page Application development, with rich client-end JavaScript programming experience.

• Should have experience in version control and related best practices using SVN/TFS/GIT.

• Should understand basic fundamentals of iterative development on the Agile-Scrum methodology.

• Should understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Must be able to produce high-quality technical deliverable's, as per agreed standards and best practices.

• Must produce deliverable's complying to the defined architecture and design.

• Should participate and contribute to scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, review and daily stand-ups.

• Should be able to support junior team members in the team.

• Must be able to work with the teams to ensure project success within timeline and scope.

• Must have high energy levels and should have excellent communication skills.
