Job Description
  • Is responsible for sales and margin results according to the budget assignment;
  • Is responsible for implementing the Go To Market strategy, developing an action plan and setting priorities;
  • Is responsible for selecting, opening/closing the Distributors, as well as the negotiation and the budget setting for each one of them;
  • Collaborates with the Key Account Manager for the identification/negotiation of the Large End User based in the Country, assuring the local management, customer service and technical training;
  • Ensures the management of the People working in the assigned area, their training and professional development, according to the Company policies.
, Desired Profile
  • Experience in Agrochemicals and Special Fertilizer Business;
  • At least 4 years experience in commercial sales of Agribusiness Companies with structured trading organization and good knowledge of the distribution channels;
  • Personnel management with particular regard to the sales network.
  • Fluency in English and in the language of the assigned Country;
  • Good knowledge of MSOffice;
  • Availability to live in the accessible area of the Country.
  • Leadership e people management skills;
  • Inter functional and communication skills;
  • Team working attitude;
  • Negotiation skills
