Our client, a 44 year old manufacturer of laboratory chemicals, commonly referred as laboratory consumables and catalog company serving to B2B customers needs :-

Position            : National Sales Manager 
Location          : Andheri-E, Mumbai

Experience     :  15 years minimum

Education       :  MSc/BSc (Science) Post Graduate in Marketing/Sales 
Salary               :  12 - 15 Lakhs

Job Description:
  • Must be  experienced National Sales Manager to contribute to  company's sales objectives.
  • Must be proficient by having adequate practical knowledge of the laboratory consumables / fine specialty chemicals industry. 
  • Must have Previous experience in sales and marketing in selling laboratory chemicals, fine chemicals, biotechnology/microbiology products to Industrial, Institutional & Educational customers will be preferred.
  • Need to use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovation ideas for business growth communication.
  • Team management skills are also essential for this position as you will lead a team of about 45 sales representatives stationed across India. 
  •  Proficiency in handling network with the company's authorized distributors for managing, growing and trouble shooting the business activity. 
  • Must be efficient to lead the team by setting goals and then create a proper road map to execute the goals with the help of existing infrastructure. 
  • Ultimately, he should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with distributors and customers.
