Job Description

CRM -  Business Object Layer Programming(BOL) developers experience  with 8-9years’ and willing to travel South Africa.6 months readiness to stay at SA
.   Financial/ Banking domain experience
- Strong experience in Middleware and UI Component workbench and related development
- Understanding on organizational model
- Strong experience in Core ABAP with Smartforms development
- Experience in BDoc development, troubleshooting and CRM middleware skills which includes middleware architecture, understanding in Integrating SAP CRM and Other ECC systems, Troubleshooting & Fixing of Queues and Bdocs related to Master data and transactional data in SAP CRM, knowledge on SMOEAC ( Admin Console)
- Very good understanding of SAP CRM 7.0 architecture, Web UI concepts
- Very good understanding of One order framework
- Exposure to Application Enhancement Tool(AET)
- Should have fair understanding of CRM Sales and Services functional knowledge(like hands-on working experience on Service Order, Service Confirmations, Installed bases, Warranties, Internal Orders, Service level Agreements, Counters in Service, ERMs, Service Contracts, Interaction center .
referred Domain knowledge – Banking
-Good Experience/exposure in – Client interaction for business requirement gathering,  System designing, coding, testing.
-Self-sufficient to Handle tasks independently,  full SDLC exposure.
-Good at analytical and communication skills.
-Good mentor to other associates in team on technical queries. aa
