• Underwriting and reviewing of residential mortgage loan for various clients. Assisting clients in reducing the defect rate and curing the defects to the best possible extends to ensure delivery of high quality products to the investors and safeguarding the lender’s interest in the investors market.
• Analyzing all 4 C’s of Underwriting (Credit, Capacity, Capital and Collateral).
• Maintaining Daily Production and Quality report and publishing the report on weekly basis to Operation Team.
• Weekly call with Client for Feedback discussion.
• Training and Mentoring Team member and New Joiners.
• Conducting Team Huddle and sharing duly updates regarding change in guidelines and handling queries and issues in the team of five.
• Troubleshooting the complex scenarios with the help of guidelines and helping Team member in proper decision making.

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
