Monitoring Engineer Location: Hyderabad Skill set: 1) Perform monitoring of the IT infrastructure (viaSCOM, Splunk dashboards, emailsetc) and take appropriate actions. 2) Inform to L2 engineer or Team Lead based on escalation matrix 3)Perform first level of actions based on standard work instructions 4) Ready to work in 24 * 7 shifts including weekends and night shifts (mandatory). 5) Fair judgement of business impacting alerts/events and inform peers and seniors 6) Willingness to follow the defined customer ITIL process and suggested improvements 7) Excellent written and Oral skills needed. Technical skills - Good knowledge of OS (windows or Linux) is mandatory. Working knowledge of VMware will be an advantage . Hands on knowledge on Windows or Linux OS would be appreciated. Knowledge of analytics tool for infra analysis like Splunk is an added advantage (but not mandatory)

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
