Job Description
Job Purpose: To manage Team Leaders, increase sales & excel in front end field execution.

 Handling Region group with the SPAN of approx. 150 Associates with 3 TLS.

 Responsible for Year and Year growth, Category Growth and MT growth of Region.

 Align with  team to close gaps in execution. Follow up with MT and  sales team for stock replenishment and new launch listing.

 Manning-Adhere to manning ratios. 100% manning of the respective region.

 Control Attrition-By TL/ Associate connect & ground level inspiration- motivation.

 WOA- Ensuring WOA @ 85%. At Regional level.

 Building Capability of the team & Developing Team leaders for the next level

 Manage all parts of Counter Health and Hygiene through TL's.

 Call Cycle Planning and Adherence for the team.

 Drive TAB usage and ensure data accuracy.

 Periodic intervention for big day drive, Summer & Winter incentive achievement.

 Hair Audit- Conducting Audit for 10 Hair Counters

 Cascading all Execution Matrix till the lower leg of the business.

 Updating Masters - store openings/closures. Updating the central team for Code creation and deletion.

 Customer Delight-Build abilities and capabilities of colleagues (Shopper Soulmates/TL).

 Conduct MOC Meeting according to the recommended deck.

 To do FM –TL Connect regularly and Monday Meetings to enhance business development.

 Support in recruitment of Associates– Initiating Onboarding & Resignation requests and approving them.

 FM/TL connect- Conducing Monday meeting to create the road for upcoming week and TDP.

 Report- Collation and Hygiene check of all the Manual reports. (TDP report/MOC report/Competition tracker/New Launch update/Out of stock report/Quiz Misers/Hair audit report).

 E2E – Remapping and Inter-Business transfer (if any)

 Adherence to the delivery of Training-Induct all-new team members. On job Training during the Market visit and CRT in MOC meetings.

 Train, coach and evaluate team members.

 Customer Delight-Build skills and competencies of team members (Shopper Soulmates / TL).

 Build employee motivation. Following MOC festive calendar, R&R during MOC meeting and Training sessions.

 Support in separation process if required. Follow up with HR team for F&F and recovery.

 Activate all policies relating to employees recruitment, leaves, salary input and benefits for team.

 Ensure accurate salary & Incentive inputs. Driving Special incentives and motivating team members to earn Maximum.

 Appraisal-Ensure successful administration of evaluations for colleagues.

 Expense Management -Monitor expenses & costs of Team Leaders

 Family Connect and Employee engagement activities.

 Driving Innovation & initiatives.
