Job Description:
    Should have led transitions independently for at least 3-4 projects, should have managed at least 1-2 Onsite transitions
    Good communication skills/ Open to Night Shifts
    Will prefer candidates from a Third Party BPO instead of Captive Organizations
    Prefer candidates with F&A; domain knowledge/ not prefer candidates who have managed projects only in customer care/voice
    For Level E the above just that slightly less on number of projects should do.
