Job Description
  • Good in EXCEL - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, advanced excel, Formulas.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
  • Coordinate with field managers for sales figures.
  • Maintain dashboards.
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner for both periodic and daily basis reports as needed.
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Management softwares (Bizom or Go Green) will be advantage.
