Job Description

MIS / Data Specialist:
Roles & Responsibility of MIS / Data Specialist

 Individual needs to be Tech savvy, and strong knowledge on MS Excel (Vlook , Hlook), MS Word, PPT.

 Understanding client requirements Source profiles ( through various Job portals like Naukri, Monster & LinkedIn ) using traditional, Creative sourcing methods and also by using the following methods: referrals, networking, Internet, database mining, user groups

 Formatting Resumes & uploading Resumes in Taleo, Maintaining interview tracker, Follow up interviews

 Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database

 Understanding the resume based on technology, skill set, experience and education

 Maintaining joining tracker.

 Coordinating with Recruiters regarding client requirement.

 Provide Market Intelligence/ Market Mapping .

 Qualification – Graduate ( Preferably B Sc. Graduate )
