Job Summary: We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect & Trainer who has minimum 6+ Years of experience in CRM Technical development and Training, with experience in banking & finance domains. This position’s main responsibility is to Evaluate and conduct Technical interviews for hiring potential candidates. Also provide Training on CRM to developers across all VeriPark locations to facilitate and build talented pool of resources in the organization.

Job Details:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience required out of which minimum 5 years should have CRM Technical development experience and extensively worked on Microsoft Technologies viz., .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server
  • Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications required
  • Screening of applications on relevant technical skills and shortlist the candidates for further process
  • Evaluate the test assignments of candidates and provide technical feedback
  • To conduct interviews for candidates and evaluate their technical abilities for hiring potential resources.
  • Maintain / Develop Software Test assignments for CRM / .NET technologies for the candidates
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions to current and future pool of talents
  • Train, mentor and lead current and future resources for MS Dynamics CRM
  • Help developers to understand business, products and technologies associated with VeriPark.
  • To develop course work and course content for trainees
  • Expected to conduct CRM Test assignments for employees and issue certification on the level of their knowledge.
  • Sound knowledge in CRM / .NET technologies

  • Fluency in English
  • Additional foreign languages other than English preferred
  • Continuous learning
  • Update with changes in MS Dynamics CRM technologies
  • Excellent presentation skills igniting motivation to learn in team
  • Fast learning and delivery abilities working within time pressure on specific requirements
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and MS Certified professionals will be given preference
  • Certifications on Technical proficiency (Ex: Microsoft Certified Trainer Certification)
