Step 4: You will get the EPCN number & Password to your personal e-mail ID

So what is the eligibility criteria?

1. Should have 1-5 Years of experience in International voice process from L1/L2 Technical support or service desk or technical helpdesk
2. Candidates with current salary package of 5 LPA and above need not to apply

3. Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS in the last 6 months will not be eligible

4. Should not have more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment (If yes, should be for a valid reason)

5. Should be available for face to face interview

6. Flexible to work in US shifts

7. Immediate joiners preferred/ Maximum notice period of 30 days

8. Any Graduate (15 years of regular course)-No Backlogs or Pursuing or correspondance

9. Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)

10. Good knowledge on ITIL framework

Primary roles and responsibility

• Supporting international (Europe) clients over the phone or email or chat.

• Function as first point of contact for incidents and service requests from end users.

• Co-ordination with L2/L3 teams.

• Knowledge troubleshooting desktop, server, network and application issues. (In additional to enterprise applications, customer have in-house applications).

• Appropriately categorize, prioritize and escalate incidents and service requests.

• Good knowledge on Active Directory

• Password Reset/Unlock

• Providing access to new hires and revoking/terminate the access for those who leave organization

• Responsible for Identity and Access management

• Ability to understand incidents/problems quickly

• Good documentation skills
