Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting / Fixing desktops, portables and peripherals for small and medium business as well as consumers both US and Canada.
- Real Time Technical Support.
- Excellent written / phone etiquette skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of Dell Products and peripherals.
- High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Graduate (Technical-BE/BCS/BCA/BSc (IT)) Fresher’s or Undergraduate candidates with 12 months of experience can apply.
- Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Networking and Software.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi- tasking skills.
- Must be a Team Player.
