Responsible for end to end Recruitment cycle (from searching , screening resumes to short- listing candidates, coordinating, follow up & conducting interviews till closure)for IT, Non- IT both.
Involves analysing and understanding job specifications,By using means of social media/LinkedIn/Naukri/Monster etc the Recruiter/Talent acquisition Executive has to find the right candidates for the roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates
Conduct phone screens & initial in-person Interviews
Follow-up and co-ordinate with various departments on HR issues
