Language Skills : English & Hindi are the mandatory languages with the specific language options as requested depending on the requirement ( Malayalam / Gujarati / Marathi / Bengali / Tamil / Telugu /Kannada / Punjabi)., the candidate should not have MTI in English.
Additional Skills: Candidate should have excellent verbal & written skills (English, Hindi).
Working Window : Inbound Shifts - 8:00am till 11:00pm, for Outbound 9:00am to 6:00pm / 9:30am to 6:30pm, Rotational Week Off.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
