Responsible to provide excellent customer service
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
Proven customer service skills
Good logical reasoning analytical skills
Assist customers via email or chat
Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who understands the importance of great customer service

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in reading & Writing skills
Basic knowledge on computer keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Minimum qualification: Intermediate/ Bachelors degree any stream
Should be willing to work in 24/7 shift
