Job Description - Which the candidate would have done in his past experience of work: - Digital media campaign management - Dealing with publisher/affiliate for reporting, campaign performance, billing etc. - Campaign optimization & tracking - Ad server experience (Zedo, double click etc.) he/she should have worked in any of the ad server - Google campaign+ Facebook ad manager experience should have done some campaign, understanding that system to run, optimize the campaign on his own. - Digital formulas & metric (back calculation on optimizing the campaign in conversion to clicks metric) - Basis understanding of media planning & buying - Media research knowledge - Work exp in PPT, Excel

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
