Job Description
This position is overall responsible for Wipro Digital channels (paid, owned) and campaigns. It requires an understanding of integrated marketing and collaborating with team members who are responsible for content and propositions.  Channels: This role oversees the following channels: wiprodigital.com and MarTech stack: All posts, forms, landing pages, etc in collaboration with external developers Social media: All posts, updates and ongoing engagement (paid and owned) for Wipro Digital accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook Search: Optimizing and managing Wipro Digital presence on search engines (earned and paid) Campaigns: Building awareness and generating demand are the two main objectives of Wipro Digital marketing. This position is responsible for building and executing the campaigns across different target audiences to reach these objectives. The senior marketing manager will work closely with other members of the marketing team, particularly those responsible for content. Types of targeted campaigns include: Client: In close collaboration with Wipro Digital sales colleagues and Wipro account teams, the senior marketing manager will strategize and execute account-based marketing activities, including such activities as client events, innovation days, digital campaigns and more. Opportunity: In close collaboration with Wipro Digital sales colleagues and Wipro account teams, the senior marketing manager will strategize and execute deal-based marketing activities, including such activities as digital campaigns and more.  Demand Gen: In close collaboration with Wipro Digital sales colleagues, the senior marketing manager will strategize and execute demand gen activities, including such activities as digital campaigns, lead qualification and more. Training and Recruiting (India): Wipro Digital expects to hire and train significant numbers of people in India to support our growing business. The senior marketing manager will partner with Wipro Digital leaders and Wipro Talent Acquisition to develop and execute the marketing plan to support our hiring goals.  Internal Communications: Collaborating across the Wipro Digital marketing team, the senior marketing manager will support the execution of Wipro Digital internal communications, including Wipro Buzz emails.  Additional Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities will include supporting marketing operations (eg reporting, finance, etc), and local India marketing activities such as client Pod (office) visits, office/ODC branding, etc.
