Job Description

1. Manage a team of Outbound Telesales Executives dedicated to business development through new business acquisition prospects.

2. Floor Management of Telesales Team and achieving team and individual targets

3. Establish rapport with existing customers about our product and assure efficient services deliveries.

4. Coaching and developing a team of Telesales executives to achieve their Daily Call Targets and Daily, Weekly and Monthly Incentive Criteria.

5. Managing recruitment, on-job training and monitoring of telesales executives, Team leaders and Client Service Executives.

6. Review, improve and manage the functions of the Sales Office (branch).

Desired Candidate Profile


1. Proven experience as a team sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Strong sales, analytical, communication and people management skills required.

3. Ability to manage the sales team floor, lead and motivate a high performing sales team

4. Learning skills to learn fast about our product and services and explain them to prospects

5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure

Required Experience:

• 4- 8 years of experience in sales.

Salary: Upto INR 40,000 Net Take Home

1) Other than typical methods of recruitment through professional networks & job portals, we avail the services of experts / specialists from various sectors for sourcing right candidates thro their network.

2) We also constantly build & upgrade database which results in large number of referral candidates.
3) Our professional approach in managing candidates ensures that our database of mid & senior level is constantly enhanced with quality CVs.


1) Obtaining relevant job descriptions from the clients
2) Obtain critical information with respect to preferences, key skills, etc.
3) Our Team leaders translate the JD into a questionnaire with the clients knowledge.
4) Sourcing / Identifying candidates and telephonic interview done.
5) Consolidate first list of shortlisted CVs(min 2-3) sent to client
6) A tracker with key skills will be attached for better understanding of the CVs.
7) Based on client feedback additional CVs shall be sent, if desired.
8) Scheduling of interview/s on receipt of the confirmation.
9) Feed back taken from both candidates & clients, address any issues requiring our attention.
10) Provide any assistance on remuneration package, if required by client.
11) Provide regular trackers to client’s HR team to assist for easy follow up and feedback
12) Periodic reviews with HR team at clients end and recruiters’ team.
