Job Description

Minimum BA , B . Com , B . Sc - Any Specialization , Other Graduate , Post graduate , MBA/ PGDM - Any Specialization preferred MBA Marketing .

Candidate should be a go getter with excellent man - management skills , communication and interpersonal skills .

Should have good oral and written communication skills .

Minimum 5 years experience within the FMCG industry .

Candidates who are having the Dairy Experience shall be preferred . JOB DESCRIPTION

Interviews , hires , and trains marketing staff members

Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees .

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players , agencies and vendors

Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door

Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors .

Ensuring effective , branded marketing communications including the company website , print communication , and advertising .

Managing media and marketing staff and external PR agencies

Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/ invest funds wisely

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns , gain insight and assess against goals

Experienced in advising product teams about potential markets , desirable product features , go - to - market best practices , and measuring the success of outreach and product sales .

Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts

Researches and analyses market trends , demographics , pricing schedules , competitor products , and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams

Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials , website content , advertisements , and other marketing - related projects

Communicates with various media buyers , advertising agencies , printers , and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition

Managing distribution channels for products .

Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns .

Works within the department budget to develop cost - effective marketing plans for each product or service

Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Provides in - depth information to interested clients , and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels content creation , content curation , pay per click campaigns , event management , publicity , social media , lead generation campaigns , copywriting , performance analysis , and much more

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Expert in the internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on Facebook , Twitter , and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach .

Serve as a partner to finance and product development in determining the viability of potential markets before production of a product with no business case or strategy prepared in advance .

Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services .

Working with product development teams to manage new product development .
