Job Description
Job Responsibilities:


 Act on behalf of the company as an interface for new and existing clients

and prospects

 Follow up leads in a timely manner

 Identify new sales opportunities, track opportunities and close sales

 Respond efficiently to email, phone or web inquiries, and complaints in

collaboration with other relevant departments

 Prepare professionally and neatly typed proposals to clients based on

assessments

 Prepare Bid Documents with attention to detail

 Capture and maintain accurate client details

 Process sales orders

 Prepare and ensure signing of contracts, renewal of contracts, and

organized filing of contracts

 Attend to walk in clients when required

 Provide excellent customer service

 Any other administrative work of the Sales and Marketing Department

Requirements:


 Must have excellent Customer Service Skills

 Proven experience in a sales / marketing /  CRM role

 Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook

 Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree

would be an added advantage)

 At least 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship

management, or business administration

 Excellent verbal and written English

 Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams throughout

the organization.

 Highly motivated, confident communicator and results orientated

 Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills

 Well presented

 Valid Driving License

 Knowledge of the type of products and services on offer within the

Private Security Industry will be an added advantage
