Gupta in the memory of his father Late Hemen Lal Gupta.The hospital is spread over two acres of land with a total built up area of 40,000 square feet. It is being developed by Mr. Sunil Gupta, the managing director of the group. It was initially stated with a total employee strength of 45 and 25 beds. Since, then is has been growing at a rapid pace and has never to looked back. Today, the hospital is having 130 beds with 24x7 doctors, pharmacy, diagnostic and all necessary facilities with a target of adding one floor very year.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
